Xeomin® Near Fort Lauderdale: What Actually Changes Between $10 and $18 a Unit

April 16, 2026 · Boca Beauty Salon & MD

Fort Lauderdale is 23 to 24 miles from us, about 30 minutes north on I-95, crossing from Broward into Palm Beach County. Before you decide whether that drive makes sense, it is worth understanding something about the market in your own city.

The price range in Fort Lauderdale

A Fort Lauderdale plastic surgery practice publishes its own pricing guide and describes the landscape this way: roughly $13 to $14 per unit as the common figure, $10 to $12 at lower-priced locations, and up to $18 per unit at high-end centres. That is a provider-published guide, not an independent market measurement, but it gives a sense of the real spread: a unit can cost nearly double across the street.

What actually changes across that range

This is the part almost nobody explains. When you pay $18 instead of $10, here is what may be changing:

  • Who injects, and how experienced they are. Legitimate, and probably the most important item on this list.
  • Whether there is genuine physician oversight behind the person treating you.
  • How much time you get. A fifteen-minute assembly line is not the same as a consultation where someone watches your face move.
  • Whether the consultation and the two-week touch-up are included or billed separately.
  • The address. A storefront on Las Olas Boulevard costs what it costs, and that rent comes from somewhere.

And what never changes

The medicine. Xeomin® is a single product from a single manufacturer, Merz. There is no premium version of the vial and no budget version. The molecule injected at $18 a unit is the same molecule injected at $10 a unit.

That clarifies things considerably: when you compare clinics you are not comparing the product, you are comparing hands, time, oversight and rent. The first three are worth paying for. The fourth is your money covering somebody else’s storefront.

Our number

Xeomin® at $8.99 per unit for new patients, 40-unit minimum, code BW10. At 40 units, $359.60. Administered by a registered nurse (RN) under physician supervision, and the consultation is free. At $14 a unit, those same 40 units would run $560.

Getting here from Fort Lauderdale

  • I-95 Express northbound — 24.4 miles, about 30 minutes. Tolled.
  • I-95 north outside the express lanes — 23.2 miles.

From Las Olas, the Riverwalk or the beach, you get onto I-95 and head straight up. We are in Paseos Plaza, 2621 N. Federal Highway, Suite U, first floor, with free parking in the lot — not something you take for granted in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

A Spanish-language consultation, if that is what you are after

In Fort Lauderdale, 29,086 residents age five and older speak Spanish at home — 16.2% of the city — according to the U.S. Census Bureau. Here the consultation, the consent and the aftercare instructions all happen in Spanish if you prefer.

Questions we get from Fort Lauderdale

If it’s that cheap, is it really Xeomin®?

Yes. It is the same Merz Xeomin® used at any clinic; there is no other version. The $8.99 rate is an introductory offer for new patients with a 40-unit minimum — an acquisition discount, not a different product. And it is a fair question to ask: put it to anyone quoting far below market, and ask to see the vial.

Is it worth driving up from Broward?

If you pay $13 or $14 a unit, at 40 units the difference is roughly $160 to $200. If you already pay $10 and you are happy, it is about $40 and probably not. It depends on your number, not ours.

Are there tolls on the way?

Only if you use the I-95 Express lanes. Regular I-95 has none.

How do I book?

WhatsApp or text (561) 561-2622. We do not use automated booking: we talk first so we know what you are having done and can hold the right amount of time. Coming from Fort Lauderdale, that also means you do not drive half an hour only to find the slot was mis-scheduled.
